Twitter Karma

Lets you load all your Twitter followers, and Twitter users you are following. You can then do bulk follows and unfollows right from the interface. Much faster than doing it from Twitter itself.

TweetLater

I really like this one. Schedule tweets to broadcast at whatever times you choose. You can also automatically send thank-you notes to new followers, and automatically start to follow them if you choose.

Twitterberry for Blackberry

This utility makes it really easy to post tweets and view your activity on your Blackberry.

Twitter Search

Type in some keywords and see what people are saying on that topic in Twitter. Real time.

Monitter

This one lets you type in three keywords to monitor, and displays results in real time across three columns. Really nice tool.

Twitscoop

Another utility to see what people are talking about on Twitter in real time, but this one displays a tag cloud. You can also search on specific keywords.

HelloTxt

Send updates to multiple social and microblog type sites (Twitter, Plurk, Jaiku, Brightkite, Friendfeed, plus Facebook, LinkedIn, Plaxo and several others).

TwitPic

Post pictures to Twitter. You can send pictures to TwitPic from your phone, their API, or through the site itself.
