Why Your Downline Should Be Your Number One Concern?
June 10, 2010
Many people who join the multi level marketing industry often have false illusions. They think it is going to make them rich and, with an luck, do it very quickly. Unfortunately, very few people become what you could consider rich. However, many people often are able to live quite comfortably on the income they earn from it and this is why your downline should be your number one concern.
Your downline has the ability to make it easier for you. Most companies will have some type of commission structure set up that will allow you to earn a small portion of the commissions that are earned by those you have recruited. When they sell something, you earn a small amount of money.
Most people think that that more members they recruit into their business, the more opportunity to have to make a lot more money. This is true, except for one thing. You can’t always be guaranteed that your recruit is actually going to work hard. This is why it is important to make certain that the people you are recruiting into your business are motivated and really want to succeed. The more work they put in, the less you will have to do yourself.
So how do you know that you are recruiting the best people for the business and the ones who are going to help you earn a higher income? It is all a matter of getting to know them. The people you want to recruit are the ones who consistently ask you questions and the ones who are coming to you on their own. If you have to chase somebody down to check in with them, they are probably not going to be the best income producer.
The whole goal of this business is to grow your downline to a point that you do not have to work as many hours. Wouldn’t it be nice to work ten to twenty hours a week and get paid as if you worked eighty? The key is to make sure the people you are recruiting are actually going to help you achieve this.
